As spring unfolds, Cornwall bursts into life with golden sunshine - wildflowers bloom, the sea air turns crisp, and the very botanicals that define Lantic Gin begin to flourish.
Inspired by Cornwall’s land and sea, our gins capture the essence of the changing seasons, infused with carefully foraged ingredients that thrive in the wild. This time of year, we see the emergence of gorse flowers, their coconut-like aroma adding a delicate sweetness to our coastal-inspired spirits.
This past week, we embraced the sunshine with a refreshing gin and tonic by the coast, infused with gorse petals. Their light coconut aroma perfectly complemented the crisp botanicals of our gin - spring in a glass.
