Summer Foraged Gin
Add a generous measure of Lantic’s Summer Foraged Gin, cubed ice and a splash of a premium floral tonic to allow all of flavours to shine though.
Suggested Garnish - a sliced of strawberry or similar summer fruit.
Winter Foraged Gin
To enhance the warming spicy aroma, we enjoy it best with ginger ale. Alternatively, we enjoy it with a floral tonic to accentuate the berry notes.
