Chapter 20 | Festive Cocktails
Festive Feels and Wild Flavours 🥃
Winter in Cornwall has its own kind of magic. While some might call it dark and wet, Arki and I relish the quiet beaches, the stormy coast, mussel picking, and the cosy evenings by the fire.
Our Winter Foraged Gin captures that feeling in a bottle. Each batch is distilled with seasonal finds foraged as the season turns - blackberries, elderberries, crab apples, and pears - then rested in oak casks to build layers of flavour and character. The result is a rich, aromatic depth that feels like slipping on your favourite wool jumper. Smooth, warming and wonderfully wild, this is the bottle we reach for as the nights draw in.

How to enjoy Lantic Winter Foraged Gin
However you like your gin, winter is the season to slow it down and savour it.
For purists, we recommend enjoying Lantic Winter Foraged Gin simply poured over a large cube of ice with a twist of orange. Clean, aromatic and beautifully expressive.
If you’re after something refreshing with a little winter warmth, try it with ginger ale, orange peel and thyme. It’s simple, fragrant and ideal for that first drink of the evening. Think of it as winter sunshine… in a very chilled glass.
