Foraged For Flavour

I love hunting for wild botanicals that bloom fleetingly during the summer months, a process that reconnects us with the seasonal cycles of Cornwall and is testament to our foraging ethos. It’s exciting to discover unconventional botanicals and novel flavours that help us achieve our ambition of creating a beautiful, uniquely flavoured gin

Walking the coastal path provides the vivid sensory experience which helps to formulate the ideas for Lantic gin - from the the sweet smell of gorse flower in Spring to the vibrant colour of intwined honeysuckle and elderflower at the start of Summer. It is only logical that such scents and colours hold equally as mesmerising tastes.

On every foraging expedition there is always an irresistible compulsion to discover something new, take home and distill.

Moving away from esoteric classic ingredients and experimented with locally foraged botanicals, the Lantic Gin recipe was fined tuned over many months.

The carefully selected indigenous flora are the essential part of making Lantic Gin unique. These intriguing botanicals are responsibly foraged and then carefully prepared and distilled.

Seasonal Gins for Seasoned Drinkers

While the flagship Lantic Gin is evocative of its year-round natural beauty and wilderness, the seasonal editions capture the fleeting moments of the year with each small batch given its distinctive taste by wild herbs and botanicals found only for a limited amount of time alongside the Cornish coastline.
